She obtained her BFA from Columbia College Chicago in Arts, Media and Entertainment Management with a focus on Fashion Business.
Kyndall Selch
Booking Agent, Print
Kyndall is a lead booking agent based at our headquarters in Indianapolis. Kyndall started as an intern and moved into the exacting world of fashion model management. In addition to booking primarily print jobs Kyndall helps develop models for placement around the world. Kyndall is a graduate of Butler University with a degree in Entrepreneurship & Marketing.
Sharon Ford
Booking Agent, On-Camera
Market Director (Cincinnati)
Sharon is a booking agent and also heads our Cincinnati region. Sharon enjoyed notable success as an actor and model prior to becoming a highly valued agent in Cincinnati area. Her enthusiasm for all aspects of this business is evident in the attitude and excellence she brings to work every day. She has a BA from Northern Kentucky University in theatre, broadcasting and electronic media.
Lori Fetter
Senior Booking Agent, Print & On-Camera
Lori Fetter has been with HWA since it launched in 1980. She works passionately and tirelessly with our longstanding clients and all our talent to assure the best quality and the best outcomes. Lori’s love of this business is obvious to anyone who has the privilege of working with her. Lori graduated from Indiana University with a degree in biological sciences.
Beth Hall
TV/Film Director
Beth Hall leads our rapidly growing TV/Film division and scouts talent for the entire agency. She is also a skilled acting coach for both kids and adults. Beth is passionate about this industry and is a huge advocate for HWA actors. She has a BA from Centre College and an MA in teaching from the University of Louisville.
Chantsler Underwood
Market Director (Indianapolis)
Chantsler has been a working model since 2007, and his deep experience and skill is now part of his guidance to talent as our Indianapolis Market Director. Chantsler has also grown into a skilled coach for models at all levels. Chantsler graduated from Indiana University with a BA in Journalism.
Jennie Patton
Market Director (Atlanta)
Jennie joined HWA to help originate our new talent onboarding process and now leads all efforts in our Atlanta location. Her years of experience as a talented model and actor make her a valuable advocate and go-between for our talent and clients. Jennie has a psychology degree from the University of West Georgia.
Stephanie Fellon
Market Director (Louisville)
Stephanie joined HWA after a career in LA with a major studio and leading global talent agency. She oversees all initiatives for talent and clients in the Louisville region. Stephanie also heads up our Voiceover Division which she largely built from scratch a few years ago. She gradated from Roanoke College with a degree in biology.
Vicki Turner
Assistant Market Director
Vicki assists market directors and our operations team to assure smooth functioning for our talent and clients. She also plays a key role in managing operational aspects of the entire agency. Vicki is a skilled actress and model and graduated with a theatre degree from Butler University.
Lisa Blancato
President, Partner
Lisa Blancato is our Agency Director and is a skilled leader in talent recruiting and development, business strategy, and marketing. She sets the tone and pace for our staff to deliver at the highest levels for our clients and talent. Lisa's deep experience developing talent-focused organizations and spurring growth are key to constantly moving the Agency to a higher level. Lisa has a degree in fashion merchandising from Georgia Southern University.
Dennis Erwin

Dennis Erwin handles our finances and the systems underlying our agency. Dennis’ prior career was focused on helping private companies grow into stable, successful organizations. He studied economics at DePauw University and received his MBA from Indiana University.
