Session Tips
- We don’t want to rush, so it helps if you arrive for session on time and ready to go. Have your hair and make-up done the way you like it; you may want to bring extra hair product and make-up for touch-ups as we go
- We’ll take some time to go through your wardrobe with you and discuss any ideas that you have about what you want
- We’ll probably be moving around for your shoot. You are welcome to follow us in your own vehicle, or ride along with us- whatever you’re comfortable with
FAQs
How does pricing work?
All of our sessions start with a sitting fee; we do have a minimum package purchase, after you have purchased a package, you are welcome to add any additional images, a la carte.
Can I bring friends and family on my session?
Unless it’s a family portrait session, we suggest flying solo on this one. It may sound like a great idea to have someone along for moral support, but having an audience isn’t always the most relaxing thing. If a parent or friend is joining us, please make sure that you are comfortable with having someone tagalong. Four-legged family members are welcome, but please let us know ahead of time so we can prepare our office dog, Chloe, for a visitor
How soon will I be able to see my pictures?
We don’t like to rush your initial setting, and we don’t like to rush any post-production editing, but we know you’re excited to see what we’ve done and so are we, so we usually are able to set up an appointment for you to order within two weeks of your shoot date. At that time, you are encouraged to bring anyone with a say in your order (keep in mind, however, that once your initial order is placed, you will be able to view images and make orders online)
Our job is to provide you with the best, most unique images possible; additionally, we want you to view your pictures in a relaxed and fun setting, so give us some time.
